Gail Berstein
PNC Business Credit

Gail K. Bernstein is Executive Vice President, National Investment Manager (encompassing cross-sell, cross referral and other national initiatives between PNC Bank and PNC Business Credit) located in Pasadena, CA. Prior to September 2013, she was the Marketing Manager of PNC Business Credit-Western Region, a de novo office she opened in 1998.
Before joining PNC, Bernstein was the National Sales and Marketing Manager for Wells Fargo’s ABL unit. She also held the post of Senior Credit Officer and National Marketing Director for Signal Capital Corporation’s asset-based unit as well as Managing Director of Bank of America’s Latin American Private Banking Division, where she managed 80 people and $4Bn in AUMs. Besides her extensive experience in ABL, her career encompasses a specialization in international lending and investment management. She has traveled extensively in Latin America and is bilingual.
Ms. Bernstein serves on the Executive and Nominating Committees of the National Commercial Finance Association as well as the Education and the Membership Committees, in addition to serving on the Board of the Los Angeles Chapter. She is also on the Board of the Advisory Council of the College of Business Administration, Hilton Center for Business, Loyola Marymount University as a member of the Development Committee. Her active memberships include the Jonathan Club Finance Committee and Women Jonathans, the Executive Committee of Business Forum International, the Association for Corporate Growth and the Women’s Leadership Council.
Ms. Bernstein received her MBA from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles and a BA from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles. She spent her junior year abroad at New York University, Madrid, Spain and completed the Smith Management Program at Smith College, Northampton, Massachusetts.
